Biography :
Rindho was born in the village of Peliatan, Ubud, Gianyar, Bali, on 9 April 1970. He comes from a family of artists. that began with his grandfather who was a traditional Balinese architect and carver. His father is a temple priest and studied painting from Dullah (1919-1996), and was an official artist during the year of President Soekarno, Indonesian first president. After finishing junior high school, Taman became very interested in increasing his knowledge of painting, so he continued his studies at the High School of Fine Arts in Denpasar.
In 1998, he received his fine arts degree from the Indonesia arts Institute (Institut Seni Indonesia, ISI) in Yogyakarta. Rindho has been active with group and solo exhibitions since 1989. In addition to being a member of Sanggar Dewata Indonesia artist' group exhibitions in Yogyakarta, Solo (Surakarta), and Bali, he also has participated in the Yogyakarta Biennial Art Exhibition (1999), and was selected as a finalist in the Phillip Morris Competition in 1997, 1998, and 1999, which were exhibited in Bali, Yogyakarta, and Jakarta.
His solo exhibition was held at Galeri Millenium in Jakarta (1999), Komaneka Fine Art Gallery in Bali (1999), Sika Gallery in Bali (2000), Inggil Gallery in Jakarta (2001), and Museum Del Kulturen in Basel Switzerland. He received awards for Best Sketch and Painting from the department of Fine Arts at ISI (1992), the Best Artwork for ISI Anniversary exhibition (1998), and Lempad Prize from Sanggar Dewata Indonesia artists group (2000),
